SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All shipping within the U.S. is USPS Priority mail. All items come with $50 insurance, additional insurance is available for $1.50 per $100.

International customers, Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any duties or fees, if any, upon arrival.

We ship Domestically and Internationally to most countries.

HelensChanel LLC usually ships your order within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed using USPS Priority and/or Priority Express. Faster Delivery service is available at extra cost incurred by the customer at the time of checkout and is automatically calculated based on weight and destination.

Often shipments go out the next business day. Customers are sent email confirmations for received orders.

For International orders, the customer is responsible to pay customs/import duties at the time your package arrives in your designated country. Items sent back to HelensChanel LLC due to customs/duty being unpaid by the customer will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to understand your counties import/export rules and regulations prior to placing any order.
